【Polku International Preschool】：Polku International School offers a unique blend of curriculum. Our interactive classes allow students to practice English through drills in the class as well as communicate with teachers and other students our common routines. We respect basic Japanese culture as our basic knowledge together with western and other cultures to create a new blend of creative and positive learning environment. Bilingual kids in an international and multicultural philosophy emphasizes that children not only immerse in English in play and through instruction, but also develop their skills and self-learning strategies that employ creative thinking developmentally appropriate for each child. Each pupil will have a positive and creative experience in the class, which becomes the very basis of their English language learning experience. We help pupils to develop their cognitive skills via music and art to improve their understanding of the world around them. Together with our qualified childcare and native English speaker teachers, we offer two English courses; a half day and full-day courses. With our English immersion program both Japanese pupils and returnee's pupils will enjoy the very best environment for them in which to learn and play. Polku welcomes overseas students. We understand that living far away from home, particularly in another country, can be very difficult. Polku is a homely place for them in order to make pupils feels at their home with their caring teachers. We are also accept pupils from other countries and also welcome students who wish to study for short or long periods. We are now preparing a sister school partnership with an Australian Preschool-Kindergarten and also with an elementary school in Australia. Saturday lesson is especially designed for busy working parents who are not able to take their children to school in weekdays and for children who cannot attend the lesson on weekdays or someone who wants spend some extra times with native English teachers at school.
